Our COMBINED ELECTRO CUM MANUAL HYDRAULIC STACKER is used in warehouses, factories, and other industrial settings. This type of stacker combines both electric and manual (human-powered) operation, along with hydraulic components, to lift, lower, and move heavy loads efficiently. Here's a breakdown of its key features and functions :

  • Electric Power : The "electro" part of the stacker refers to its electrically powered components. Typically, an electric motor is used to provide the primary lifting power. This motor is connected to a rechargeable battery, which provides the necessary energy for the lifting and movement functions. The electric motor helps in lifting and lowering loads effortlessly, reducing the physical effort required from the operator.
  • Manual Operation : The "manual" aspect of the stacker means that it can also be operated manually when needed. This is especially useful in situations where the battery may run out or in areas where electric power is not readily available. In this stacker an auxillary hand pump is provided in the power pack so that in case of power failure the material can be lifted through hand pump, so the time is saved and the material is stacked till the power is resumed.
